A brief and simple library volunteer training is required prior to signing up to help. Please contact Carol (at the email address below) as the PTA Chair, Carol will provide an overview of the library and the duties of a Hightower library volunteer.


All volunteers will need to complete a PISD background check two weeks prior to their first shift.


The library needs volunteers throughout the year to help with shelving, check in and check out of books, and assistance with general projects.
